Additional InformationIn order to offer you more personalized service, this tour is organized for small groups up to six participants with a knowledgeable guide. Although this tour is recommended for the entire family including adults and children, the minimum age allowed is six years old. Guests must be able to walk without assistance and weigh less than 120 Kg/250 lbs. Before taking this tour of underground routes, we ask that you store the following items inside the lockers: hats, glasses, sandals that are not secured at the ankle, watches, jewelry that could get tangled or fall off, cameras or video cameras, band-aids, backpacks and handbags.RecommendationsWe recommend that you reserve space ahead of time, either through our call center or by making reservations online. We suggest that you wear clothes that are comfortable for walking in the jungle; you should wear a short sleeve t-shirt with your swimming suit underneath, and bring along extra clothes to change into later. We recommend that you bring extra cash and/or a credit card for purchasing souvenirs, photos, CDs or other items inside the nature reserve. It is important that you arrive at least 20 minutes before your program begins. If you have any physical or mental limitations, we suggest you get in touch with us before purchasing your tour.Restrictions and Cancellation PoliciesCancellations must be made at least five days in advance, and there will be a 10% surcharge for the cancellation. If a cancellation is made four days or less prior to the tour or on the same day, a refund will not be given. |

 "Fantastic" We visited on March 16th, 2010 from a Royal Caribbean Excursion. FANTASTIC!. Our group of 5 consisted of 2 kids, 8&10, all the way to Grandma "Nene" (71). Mariana was our guide. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is half the experience, really. Her gentle pace, messages and illustrations using cave water, rocks, shrimp, fish, bats & a crab all made lasting impressions. At first I was skeptical of not being able to bring a camera or flashlight, but I was so glad I did not. The helmut & light all played into the experience of shutting down, turning on and watching. Plus when I bring a camera guess who is never in the picture! Their photo DVD with Mariana's excellent added shots is well worth the price. Do this and save the beach for later. Great job guys!
